Through the archway there is the kitchen/dining room with dining table and chairs and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with granite worktops, integrated dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and oven. There is a separate guest laundry in the Courtyard with washing machine and tumble drier for use by guests.
The ground floor has underfloor heating and there are radiators to the first floor. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with room for a cot for a baby. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
There is good wifi connection to the cottage.
Outside there is a patio with table/seating and BBQ overlooking the tennis court.
One well behaved dog is welcome free of charge.
